We are currently looking for a responsible Office Administrator to join our small, close-knit and incredibly friendly team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks which will include providing support to our team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team but can also work on their own initiative and will also be resourceful, organised and have excellent customer service skills. Hours of work will be Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

 

Responsibilities & Requirements

  •         provide general administrative and clerical support including emailing, scanning, filing and copying
  •         General customer service skills
  •         Self-motivated
  •         perform data entry
  •         answer calls regarding their enquiries with excellent communication skills
  •         General invoicing
  •         General book keeping
  •         Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  •         Have some Sage knowledge would be an advantage
  •         Assist with credit control
  •        Assist with purchase and sales ledgers
